Kristin began working with us months before our move to Huntsville and helped to set up searched and a dashboard to help identify opportunities for homes with our criteria. When move time came she was with us every step and, as a new home buyer, very informative and well versed, in educating us to processes and things to be aware of.

We went back and forth so many times about building on our family's land or buying, and she was so encouraging, honest, available, and informative every step of the way. She established the perfect balance of contacting us through the process. We were confident that she was keeping an eye out for our perfect home, yet never felt pushed or pressured in any way. Kristin is so fun and kind, and she always had so much insight into the areas we were considering, the trends, the neighborhoods and the history of the city. Kristin was fabulous to work with!! Met her on our first trip to Madison at an open house and she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the specific area we were looking at! We ended up finding our dream southern home and the transaction seamlessly closed in 30 days. So blessed to now call Kristin a friend!!
