If I could ask my clients to describe me...I would hope they would say I’m a dream catcher or better yet a dream maker…That I help new and old friends catch their dreams…buying/selling… it really doesn’t matter.

This is not just a job to me, it’s a passion. My extensive market knowledge matched with my total devotion to my clients is what I am proud of, the most. My success, as a Realtor, is based almost exclusively on positive referrals, from my past clients. I work tirelessly on my client’s behalf and I always offer them candid advise, sometimes more than they bargained for!! My motto has always been… getting the job done right the first time is the way is always should be done!

I have an extensive background in sales and customer service (over 30 yrs.). This background gives me the tools, knowledge & expertise to market, negotiate and sell your property for the highest price the market will bring. On the buy side I have been helping buyers purchase their dream homes for over 23yrs. I understand when the market is a buyer’s market and when it is a seller’s market. My job is to advise my clients with the expertise that I have acquired over the years…I am probably one of the most honest realtors you will ever come across. My job is to find you a house that you love and then spend tireless resources to achieve that goal.

Time, patience, perseverance, knowledge and TRUE caring are the key ingredients to helping both buyers and sellers achieve their dreams. LOL…maybe I’m the dream maker!! Hahaha (I hope!!)

I grew up in Tonawanda NY and moved the Rochester area over 28 yrs. ago. I sell all over Monroe, Wayne, Ontario Counties...basically I go anywhere my client needs me to go. I have sold homes in all price ranges from starter homes to high-end homes. I never pressure my clients to buy more than they can afford. I take it personally and treat you like a family member.

I graduated from Buffalo State College with a BS in advertising and design. I spend years in the advertising and customer service world so I understand that customer service, communication and honesty are the best policies!!

That being said… I am not going to bore you with my past awards, how much I have sold in sales and how successful I am. Because if you are looking for that person, I am not it…don’t get me wrong, I do very well but I do not need to brag about my success. What should be most important when you are looking for a Realtor is the integrity of that agent…are they going to spend the time with you, advise you and truly care about you or is it just another transaction? Also, do not get caught up in the company…that is kind of irrelevant…the agent is what makes the company and what brings results….it’s the person, the agent….I am hoping I am that person for you…if not I wish you all the best!
