About Kristin

As a full-time residential Realtor® with Real Estate One and a homeowner in Ann Arbor since 2011, Kristin specializes in the Ann Arbor area, Washtenaw, and Wayne Counties. Kristin applies a problem-solving and results-oriented approach to real estate. Being a Realtor® has always been a dream of hers, she absolutely loves what she does, and it shows.
Kristin is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Michigan Realtors and has served on the Board of Directors for the Ann Arbor Board of Realtors. She has a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) certification - one of the highest achievements in the field, and also holds a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification. Kristin has been on Real Estate One’s Top Ten for Washtenaw County, Top Ten of her Ann Arbor office, and is in the Top 5% of Realtors nationwide. She received REO’s President’s Circle Award in 2025.
Kristin is a summa cum laude graduate of Indiana University with a double-major in marketing and finance. She previously worked in the environmental sector in marketing and business operations management roles. Her 20+ years of experience in pricing management, contract negotiations, and bringing new products and technologies to market have provided her with a skill set ideal for the real estate industry.
When she's not running her two school-aged children around town, Kristin volunteers for Special Olympics of Michigan & Real Estate One's Charitable Foundation. She also enjoys running 5Ks, RVing with her family, walking her dog Honeybee, and completing puzzles.
