Kristin Moreland

Licensed in 1995, and a Broker since 2004, Kristin Moreland has engaged in real estate for over two decades. She has worked in timeshare development, long-term and short-term property management, residential listing and sales, and the local Board of REALTORS. Her vast experience in print and electronic marketing has led to success for both Kristin, her clients, and her team.

Kristin founded Hiki No Realty, LLC in 2019 with a vision of providing a full-service real estate agency Island-wide on the Big Island of Hawaii. She has assembled a team with complementary skill sets and personalities that share her “Can-Do” Attitude. Her dream is to lead and inspire her team to deliver exceptional service and negotiate phenomenal results for all with whom she works.
