Moseley & Co. represents three generations of buying, selling, and developing Bay Area real estate. We were established in Tiburon in 1956 and our roots can be traced back to Marin County in 1906. Some of the Moseley family's more notable Bay Area developments are Paradise Cay (a waterfront community in Tiburon that was modeled after Newport Beach); the Paradise Cay Yacht Harbor (the only private marina in Tiburon and Belvedere, which has 230 slips and direct access to the San Francisco Bay); and the high-end Peninsula development of Hillsborough which was mapped from the 500 acres surrounding the Carolands Mansion and estate. Most recently, Jeff and Kristin developed the French Oak Ranch (a 300-acre wedding venue and event site in the Wine Country).
