About Kristin

Kristin is a constant professional who thrives during a challenge and through adversity. Her never-quit, make-it-happen attitude is what pushed her to start her own business that is centered around bringing that energy to her clients. After the great recession of 2008, she realized there was a need and opportunity to mesh her experience and skill set into something more personal with purpose.

Growing up around investment properties definitely sparked interest in real estate early on. Then in college at Penn State University business and marketing classes were a favorite on the way to earning her degree. Before graduation, Kristin had a great opportunity to get into the home-building field which opened doors for a deep dive into what real estate had to offer. From land development, product creation, plan design, customer service, construction then sales…that was just a fraction of what there was to learn.

After nearly 8 years of specializing in new construction, the failing real estate market was an exciting challenge to take on. Kristin started her full-time REALTOR® career and the risk paid off. Blessed with amazing and supportive clients she rose to the top agent in her office and joined the top agents collectively in our Centre County area. It was refreshing to see that professionalism, hard work, and honesty were valued.

In her personal life, Kristin has an amazingly supportive husband Mike, and their two dog kids Bailey and Sadie. They enjoy spending lots of time with friends and family, wine and beer tasting, managing investment properties, and tackling fun home improvement projects. Kristin pushed outside her comfort zone by filming a House Hunters Episode on HGTV and taking on leadership roles outside of her organization. She also volunteers whenever she has the chance to the community and attends her local church.

In the end, Kristin’s goal in business is to help her clients achieve whatever their building, buying, selling, or investing needs are in hopes that they’ll love the Real Estate experience as much as she does! And in life enjoy the ride!
