Kristin moved to Southwest Florida in 1996 from Collegeville, Pennsylvania. While growing up she spent her summers at the Jersey Shore where she grew to love the beach and the activities associated with it. Kristin graduated from Towson State University with a Business degree. Shortly after relocating to Florida, she became the Rental Manager for the Boca Grande Club, here in Boca Grande. Kristin brings with her an elevated level of experience and professionalism. She has worked in Boca Grande for the past 24 years. While she has dealt with all types of island properties, she specializes in condominiums and homes at the Boca Grande Club. She is a member of the local, state, and National Board of Realtors and has earned her e-Pro Certification. She has been a licensed Community Association Manager for the past 14 years, which has provided her with an in-depth understanding of the intricacies of condominium ownership. Kristin's extensive knowledge of both our market and the area, combined with her professionalism, negotiation skills, and enthusiasm, creates an atmosphere for the client that results in a seamless transaction and a successful real estate buying experience.
When not on the beach or boating in Boca, she and her husband spend free time at their vacation home in Big Sky Montana where they enjoy riding their horses (Tara and Jazz), often accompanied by their three rescue dogs (Gallagher, Roxy, and McKenzie). They also spend a lot of time on the golf course (both in FL and MT), trying to improve their game, as well as camping, hiking, and biking. And of course, in the winter, they love to ski.
