Kristin went above and beyond in assisting me with purchasing my first home. Kristin was always on top of new listings and always made herself available to bring me to a listing at any time of day! Especially given the current competitive market she was extremely efficient and very communicative. She is knowledgeable, honest and makes sure her clients are happy from the very first step to the very last step of the purchasing process.

No words could begin to be enough for what we owe Kristin. She is single-handedly the reason my family and I are in a house and a town that we absolutely love. Before we ever even met in person, she treated us like good friends, responding to every one of our requests within minutes, was incredibly positive, was always going above and beyond, consistently flexible, and most of all persistent, without ever being pushy.

Searching for a house is never easy, searching for a house during a pandemic is on a whole separate level. With very limited inventory, and tough competition, we weren't sure that we'd be able to find a house in our tight time frame, much less a house we loved. Yet as the saying goes, when you walk into the right house, you know and we did. Which of course meant there was multiple offers already on it. When another offer was accepted instead of ours, while we felt heartbroken, instead Kristin felt determined. She kept up communication with the seller, stayed on top of everything without any urging from us and just when we had completely put it our of minds, she let us know that it was ours if we wanted it. Even now after being here for a few months, I still walk around our house thinking I can't believe we live here! That feeling is one I am utterly grateful for and it is because of Kristin that we our raising our family here. I would whole heartedly recommend her and am glad to have her in our lives!

Kristin was great! She helped us buy our first home in a really crazy market. She was reassuring and knowledgable without being pushy. We went into the home buying process with a bit less preparation and research than most, but Kristin was so great about being honest and direct. She was incredibly responsive and helped make sure we got our dream house. Kristin is capable and knowledgeable, but is not pushy or aggressive - which really would not have been a good fit for us. I would absolutely recommend her to any of my friends and family.

Kristin was great in helping me finding a home. She was super responsive, answered all my questions, fulfilled my many requests and showed up everytime she was needed. Kristin is an excellent realtor! We sent her our favorite listings, and she set up showings for us. I trusted Kristin's input during these showings. She knew what we wanted, and steered us towards the right house for us. She made sure we moved fast putting in an offer, and checked in during the mortgage application process to let us know where in the process we should be.
