When Kristin moved to Boise in 1994, she started Columbia Mortgage Services, Inc., one of the first women owned mortgage companies in Idaho. Under her 14-years of leadership, Columbia Mortgage closed thousands of transactions and became the preferred lender of top producing real estate agents in the Treasure Valley.

Kristin and her husband Bobby Porter have raised their twin daughters Emily and Grace in Boise. She is very active in the community and has extensive knowledge of Boise and the Treasure Valley real estate market. In her free time, she loves traveling and enjoying the mountains, rivers, lakes, and deserts of Idaho with her family. Skiing, open water swimming, and gourmet cooking are some of her passions… as is hiking the foothills of Boise with her family’s Vizsla dogs, Ruby and Ginger.
