About Kristin

Kristin Sheehan brings a collective 20 years of experience in real estate, new home construction, land, and equestrian farm sales. Beginning her career as an interior designer, Kristin merchandised model homes on the east coast from concept to installation for national homebuilders and independent firms around Atlanta. Following her design career, Kristin worked with luxury home builders in Atlanta, Kiawah Island, and Charleston, South Carolina. She drafted design schematics, bespoke details, concepts, and floor plans for high-end custom builders, which facilitated her desire to enter the real estate arena. In most recent years, she was featured in local design show homes alongside some of the best builders in the Milton and Cherokee areas.

Kristin's top priority is unparalleled service to her clients, who have become lifelong friends. Her strong work ethic has awarded her as a top producer in the No. 1 brokerage in North Atlanta for total sales volume and the leading 5 percent of agents throughout Atlanta for both volume and homes sold. As a Roswell native, Kristin has loved watching Metro Atlanta grow into this vibrant community where everyone can find themselves at home. Kristin especially enjoys drawing on her design background to help her clients see the potential in all properties, whether a buyer is hoping to create the perfect sense of home or a seller maximizing their marketability.

Kristin resides on a small farm in Hickory Flat with her husband Mac and daughter Amelia, an avid equestrian. Together, they enjoy riding and showing horses and caring for their rescue animals. She is a proud supporter of many charities, including Save the Children, UNICEF, Hope thru Soap, The Slover Foundation, The Humane Society, Mustang and Wild Horse Rescue, and one near and dear to their family, Parkinson's Foundation. When she isn't working, Kristin enjoys art, traveling to the mountains, classic car shows, gardening, and taking her vintage ford truck out for a spin.
