Kristin White

I have lived in the Lakes Region over 30 years and am so privileged to reside in the beautiful lakefront community of Meredith with my husband Derek and our three children. My familiarity with and permanence in the Lakes Region, coupled with the knowledge gained from my own building experience, are things that I will leverage to assist my customers and add value to the relationship.

My business background and knowledge of the area provide excellent credentials for my career in real estate. My professional background lies in financial services communications, where I spent 12 years in various client management and marketing communications roles in Boston­ area companies, including Fidelity Investments, Liberty Financial and Wachovia. While at Fidelity, I was asked to assume marketing responsibility for their largest institutional client, General Motors. I managed that relationship successfully, along with many others, including Pepsi, Delphi Automotive, Chubb Insurance, Ashland Corporation and Northeast Utilities during my tenure.

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire's Whittemore School of Business and have held NASD Series 6, 7 and 63 licenses. I have also completed several modules of the Certified Financial Planner Program. I have been a licensed Realtor since 2008 and am a Luxury Property Specialist and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist Guild member.

Serving my community is important to me. I have been an officer on the board of directors for a local childcare center for many years, have served on the PTO at my children's school, and was part of a four-member team that designed and built the playground in our town, “Jack’s Place”.
