Kristina did so amazing with helping us find a house and close. She will answer all your questions even the stupid ones and make the whole process so much easier. We hit alot of hiccups with closing and she pushed everyone she needed too to get us there. Strongly recommend her for anyone that is house hunting!

I gotta tell ya, as a physician, when I went looking for a realtor I thought "please just don't get one with no moral compass." We even have some in the family that other family have warned me against using. *awkward* Kristina is the antithesis of this! The MOST patient, empathetic, compassionate, reasonable, helpful, kind person, let alone, realtor, I've ever worked with. I could not more highly recommend her without a single reservation. I was lucky to have been referred to her by a lifelong friend and will happily refer others to her as the occasions arise. Simply the best.

Kristina got back to me almost immediately when I was looking for a local realtor rather late in the evening, and continued to be just as responsive throughout the entire home buying process. We had previously worked with someone a bit less seasoned and the difference her experience brought about was immediately evident, she was always able to answer questions or get answers and was able to help advice us toward putting in a bid that was fair for both ourselves and the sellers. She made sure the sellers stuck to the contract without needing me to keep track of it and directed us toward other local help for various other parts of the process. Greatly appreciate her help in everything and I highly doubt you'll have any regrets if you choose to go with her as your realtor. Thanks so much, Kristina.

Kristina was great. Even after looking at countless houses through the snow and rain, she always stayed so positive and informative. However, she really became a rockstar as it approached closing and my mortgage company started treating me absolutely horrendously. She stayed on top of them and the deal got done on time. Last year my wife and I finally bought our first home. We were looking at the time when the housing market was on fire. Kristina was such a tremendous help and was so professional. As a first time buyer, specially during that time, we went through so many emotions. Emotions of excitement, fear and many often times, hopeless. But Kristina stayed persistent and consistent. She was never pushy and most importantly very honest. She also has a very sweet and warm personality which helped us through the hard times. If you were an average income earner, buying a house during this time, you know what I mean when I say “hard times” lol. But she is wonderful and I already know I will be working with her if we decide to buy our second house.
