Kristina is amazing! Being that we were on the market when it took a turn for the worse Kristina always reassured me on the hard days that we got this! The market was not predictable and so many situations were out of our control but Kristina always remained positive and professional. She was always thinking outside the box to get things done. She literally rolled her sleeves up to help touch up paint and help with little projects. If that's not commitment to a client I'm not sure what is. I'm grateful to have had Krisitna by my side through this journey. I appreciate everything she did for my me and my family!

Where do I start?? We are first time home buyers! We were nervous about where to start and really just about the whole process. We wanted to make sure we had someone truthful who would take care of us. Someone we knew was going to be honest and trustworthy.
From the beginning Kristina was amazing. Any time there was a question or an issue she was on it. She is very knowledgeable. Kristina is not afraid to fight for what is right for her clients.
We never felt left out of any of the process. I would highly recommend Kristina and her team to anyone.

If you are looking for a Realtor who will be there every step in the process of buying/selling, keep you informed, and keep your goals first then Kristina is the Realtor you want. Kristina is very knowledgeable about the current market and documentation that is needed to sell and/or buy a house. Kristina makes the process less stressful and is very helpful with any questions or concerns that may arise. Kristina resources for lending options or insurance agency where helpful especially with the short time frame we gave her. If I was to do this whole process again I’d definitely do it with Kristina.

Kristina is just amazing, my wife and I are moving from Phoenix AZ to Firestone CO. We were so fortunate to have had her recommended to us by my sister. She was and still is with us every step of the way, from doing virtual tours, having a great loan officer she works with and dealing with the sellers and their realtor. She is still helping us get moved in as the sellers of the home we purchased needed to stay an additional 7 weeks or so to find another home which seems to be the normal thing in today’s housing market. We are still in Phoenix planning the move and Kristina is still front and center helping with what ever she can. We can’t wait to get up there and take her her husband to dinner as she has done so much for us. Kristina is more than just our realtor she is a family friend. Thank you so much for everything! Kristina is an amazing realtor that truly cares for her clients! We were buying out of state, which posed its own set of issues. She was fantastic about dropping everything to show us homes via video chat, as well as taking an entire day to spend with us when we flew out on a scouting trip. She knows her stuff! I’ve bought many homes, used several realtors over the years, and have to say, Kristina is top notch in knowledge and service....and she’s just fun to be around! Highly recommend her if you are looking for a realtor!

I have known Kristina for several years. The minute I met her she made me feel as if we had known each other all along. I’ve watched her excel in everything she chooses to do. Being a realtor is no exception. She leads with her heart and is truly invested in making your dreams come true.

After meeting with Kristina, my husband wasn’t even interested in interviewing anyone else. He works in home building so this was quite the victory because he went into the interview feeling very skeptical and with his guard up. We definitely had a very narrow search and she accomplished our wish list professionally. Her availability was always accommodating. She communicated very well with our broker and always had our best interest at the top of her list.

She had no problem voicing our concerns. Where I might have felt “bad” for asking, she was more than willing to do the hard work for us and ask for exactly what we wanted.

We had a negative experience with a previous realtor who had made us feel less than worthy for owning a mobile home. Kristina understands that a home is where your heart is and what you make of it; and it is clear that she wants to help you find that, no matter what that may look like for your family. First off id like to thank Kristina for helping us find such a great home for my family! From sun up to sun down Kristina is there ready to answer any questions, schedule a showing, sending you homes or calling the lender to get updates on the process. She made us feel as though her only intention was to help us find a home we wanted, felt safe in and would not go broke in order to afford! She answered all of our questions (sometimes the same ones on multiple occasions I'm sure), scheduled more homes to see than I can count and showed us all of the routes we could take as far as what kind of home we could get!
