I have never bought a house but Kristina made this process as easy as possible. When she figured out my preferences once she started showing me houses it was like she knew what i wanted and if we walked in a house she was like no this not the one, ill keep looking. She knew what i wanted and i am now in the home i prayed for. There were obstacles thrown at us but she went hard for me and my family and I will forever be grateful

We could not be more thrilled with our experience with Kristina with the selling of our home! From the initial "We're thinking of selling" text I sent to her a few months ago, through the process of preparing our home to sell, and the day of closing... everything went smoothly & with our needs in mind the entire time. She was incredibly supportive and gifted at seeing stress and finding a way to reduce it. A creative, FAST problem solver, for sure! Her communication with us was consistent, clear, helped to focus us on "the next thing", encouraging, AND factual, logical, and always reflected what the very latest numbers & demographics were. We were NEVER left hanging -- never had to wonder about anything at all. She cared about what our family needed and met our needs with professionalism and grace -- and even fun! We're so grateful for Kristina!

Kristina and I worked together for about a month to find my new home. If I had questions or if there was a bump in the road, Kristina reached out to the lender and it was fixed. I closed on my new home 4/7/2022 and I’m extremely satisfied!!!

Kristina is a top notch realtor. After our first conversation of going over my wants and needs within an hour she already had listings emailed over to me to see what I thought. Was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of the small questions that I had for her through out the whole process. I have already recommended her to a few people and will call her again for our next house.

Kristina did a great job getting my home sold to the right buyer at a fantastic price! She was an enormous help when it came to getting things done like working with the contractors I had hired after I relocated to another state. I would not have been able to get the house onto market in the same way without her help. She’s a great agent to work with and I would recommend her to anyone trying buy or sell in Nassau County.
