Kristina started her career in 2006 as a loan officer allowing her to help families with the home loan refinancing process. This opportunity gave her exclusive knowledge on the financing perspective of real estate. In 2009 Kristina then transitioned into working as a short sale specialist and in 2011 opened her own short sale company, The Home Loan Specialists. Today Kristina is known as the absolute best in the business to aid families when they need that extra help and has helped over 500 families avoid foreclosure. In 2015 Kristina then received her real estate license and became a Realtor in New Hampshire and Massachusetts and belongs to the National Association of Realtors and the Greater Manchester/Nashua Board of Realtors. She has successfully closed over 100 transactions to date. Kristina loves helping buyers and sellers and works with rental and commercial properties. Residing in Hudson, NH with her two sons, 4 dogs, and 3 cats it is safe to say she is an avid animal lover.
