Kristina made our first home buying experience POSSIBLE! We came into the process with zero experience and she not only guided us through it but helped us to understand what was going on and sent us reminders for things even after we closed so that we didn't forget to schedule several key utility transfers and repairs. Most notably, she caught a potential legal language issue regarding our property that needed to be fixed before we closed, and we never would have caught it without her.
