Soon after my husband and I got married we pursued buying a house for the first time. We were young and uneducated about the buying process. After the deal fell through (thankfully) we soon realized that this was a result of an information gap between the consumer and the professional. From that moment on, we decided that we would bridge that gap and ensure that every client we have knows and understands the process, but more importantly feels comfortable with their decision. Our passion for Real Estate has transcended and in our first 8 months we earned Rookie of the Year from our local Realtor Association and we were able to help over 20 families start the next chapter in their lives feeling comfortable that they made an educated investment for their family.

--At the age of 22, Kristina Hess began her entrepreneurial career by partnering with her mother and creating a 501(c)3 Non-Profit animal rescue organization, Rescue Angels Inc. in Boston. In 2012, Kristina moved to Los Angeles to co-found a successful film production company, Cross the Line Films, and then Omni Rising Productions. She now consults for numerous start-ups and is head-over-heels in love with helping her clients buy and sell their homes alongside her husband Kiki.
