About Kristine

Kris was always drawn to a career where she felt fulfilled by being of service to others that could change their lives for the better while allowing her to be the best Mom to her young kids. Kris’s children were 5 and 8 years old when she started her real estate career in 2006 and her third child came along in 2008. Selling and buying three homes of her own sparked that passion for real estate so she studied and passed the test for her real estate license on the first try. A real estate career provided her the flexibility to raise her family while helping others in their real estate journey.
Having worked previously as a financial director for an orthodontist in Westfield she knew she loved working with people and give them the best client experience possible. Kris selected Neilsen Realty LLC as her brokerage not only because of their dedication to customer excellence, but also because of their leadership, mentoring, training, and atmosphere of collaboration with solution-minded peers.

Kris enjoys participating with her clients in their real estate journey from beginning to end, but her favorite moment is when she sees the joy on their faces on closing day. It is always a day of happiness, excitement, gratitude, and feeling of success. Kris loves building relationships with clients and enjoys the many long-lasting friendships she has built over her career.
When recharging, Kris loves spending time with her family whether it is having a “girls” day with her daughter, watching her youngest son play baseball, or just talking real estate with her oldest. She is an outdoor enthusiast but her most relaxing times are in beautiful weather vacationing somewhere near a body of water. For Kris, getting out on the water boating is always a peaceful and fun time. It is definitely one of her happy places.
