I knew Kristine in college, but hadn't talked much in several years. However, when my fiancé and I started house hunting, I knew I wanted Kristine to be my realtor. She's a go-getter, very professional, SMART (she was top of her class for her Master's program), friendly, and makes you feel comfortable.

Kristine answered ALL my menial questions with such thoroughness, and never made me feel like my questions were too simple or small as a first time home-buyer.

Kristine had her own preferred lenders and various inspectors/vendors but would objectively compare services/offers if we had our own preference, and went with ours if it was a better deal. She pushed our lender to make exceptional deals they wouldn't normally offer buyers. Kristine's negotiation skills exceeded my expectations. As first time buyers, my fiancé and I were trying to be conservative and didn't quite know what to ask for, but Kristine knew we could get more (from lender and seller) so she advocated for us multiple times.

Kristine was extremely patient with us and was such a pleasure to work with. She still checks up on us months after moving in. Thank you for your support Kristine!

I am absolutely thrilled to write this review for Kristine as I sit at my kitchen counter in my new home.

Kristine is an exceptional realtor who possesses extensive knowledge of the real estate industry. Her expertise is truly remarkable, and it shines through in every interaction we had with her. From the very beginning, it was clear that Kristine was well-versed in all aspects of real estate. She guided us at every step through the complex process with ease, making us feel confident in our decisions. All in all, we didn’t say anything that hasn’t already been said about how amazing a human being she is. She’s passionate and would like nothing else than to see people in a home they never imagined themselves in. We are immensely grateful for all that she has done for us. Kristine will have a special place in our hearts because she helped us find our first home.

Started working with Kristine in November 2022 I believe. I almost gave up hope on finding a place that I wanted in my budget, but somehow she managed to get me exactly what I wanted. Helped me get set up so that I only needed 3.5 down and the seller is paying the closing cost for me. Couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. Thank you so much.

Kristine provided the best service imaginable! From the get go, she was responsive, knowledgeable, and prioritized your wants and needs first and foremost.

Her network and references were such a relief to utilize as they work just as well and fast as she does! I thought our closing period was quick, and they closed even faster than that!

I had some hesitation at first with the offer and the process in general, but Kristine was there at every step to educate and reassure that our decision was the right one.

She puts her client first before herself and the outcome definitely shows that. I would not hesitate to use her again!

Kristine is the best! My wife and I were moving from Kentucky to LA, and got in touch with Kristine merely three weeks prior to our move. We had a laundry list of very specific preferences for what we were looking for in a property, and additionally wanted a location close to my wife's work. I was going to be in LA for a couple days to house hunt, and in just four days' time from our initial contact with her, Kristine had lined up about 7 listings (despite a myriad of others that went off the market before we were able to view them) during my window to visit the city. She was highly professional and efficient, responsive to all of our concerns and needs, and just a lovely person all around. As LA transplants, we were very fish-out-of-water moving here, and the whole process of working with Kristine made that transition so much better. She not only listened to what we wanted, but offered her own expertise to help us land something better than we knew we were looking for. We ended up finding our dream home and signing a lease in under a week. My wife and I can't say enough good things, and highly recommend her :)

Kristine is amazing! When my wife and I began house hunting, as first-time homebuyers, we were quickly overwhelmed. We’d looked at probably 40 houses, none were quite right. And we’d had a very chaotic call with a different realtor which left us feeling even more overwhelmed, and like we wouldn’t be able to find someone to help us through this.

Enter Kristine. After meeting Kristine, we put in ONE offer, on the SECOND house we saw with her, and it was accepted. We met her while viewing a house she was showing, and instantly felt we could trust her. And we’ve never been more right about anything. Here’s why.

1. She made a very complex process feel manageable. She led us step-by-step through the entire home-buying process in a way that somehow kept us on top of everything but not overwhelmed. And she had answers for everything. She knew how it worked, and why it worked that way.

2. She is a killer negotiator. She got us our house in Los Angeles in 2022 before the mortgage rate increase for UNDER asking and OVER appraisal. I would not want to be on the other side of the table from her.

3. She goes so far beyond what we would have ever expected from a realtor. She was more like some sort of house buying concierge or maybe a wizard or something… She set up all our inspections, then after we bought the place, she found all the contractors we needed and scheduled them to fix the few minor problems (plumbing, tenting, a small roof thing, etc.) there were with the property, and she found our movers for us.

She did most of this WHILE SHE HAD COVID. And while sick, she was still far more on top of all of this than either me or my wife.

My wife and I joke that when we're old, we'll still talk about Kristine.
But it's actually true. She helped us get into our first home as a family.
And we don’t think we’d have this place without her.
