Kristine seward helped me sell my home and helped me buy my new one. She brainstormed with me and her broker at chase to make sure all bases were covered in advertising the house i sold. She was always patient with my many questions and very professional. She was able to correlate both homes to close on the same day. Kristine is a 10+ on a scale from 1-10. I would highly recommend using kristine as your realtor . She is trustworthy and ethical and follows through on all commitments. She was always punctual.
