Kristine Wingate Shifrin

Since becoming a Realtor in 1998, I have discovered so much joy in this profession. What I value most are the relationships I’ve built with my clients over the years. Helping buyers find their first homes, dream homes, transitional homes, or investment properties is what makes each day exciting and meaningful. Equally, I love guiding sellers through the process of preparing their homes for the market — from de-cluttering, painting, and updating lighting to staging and boosting curb appeal. I take pride in managing every detail with care and professionalism so that my clients can feel confident and supported. With decades of experience and deep knowledge of the local market, I work hard to help sellers achieve the best possible results for their investments.

Much of my business comes from referrals — a true honor and testament to the trust my clients place in me — but I also genuinely enjoy meeting new people and welcoming them into the community. Over the course of my career, I’ve had the privilege of selling hundreds of homes, some of them multiple times, and each transaction has its own unique story.

Having lived in Southborough for more than 40 years, I’ve built strong roots and meaningful connections that allow me to serve my clients in all aspects of real estate. Beyond my work, I feel strongly that volunteering and giving back to the community is incredibly important. I served as the Southborough Organization of Schools chair for eight years across various schools, an experience that deepened my appreciation for the power of community involvement.

Family is at the heart of who I am. I am a proud mom to my two wonderful children, Charlie and Courtney. My husband, Brian, passed away from ALS in 2019, and since then, my family has dedicated ourselves to supporting ALS research and raising awareness in the hope of finding a cure. I also continue to support local and national charities that make our community a better place to live.

Outside of work, I’m a hockey mom through and through, and I love cheering from the stands. I’m also a season ticket holder for both the New England Patriots and the Boston College Eagles.

For me, real estate is about more than houses; it’s about people, families, and community. It’s about building trust, creating relationships, and helping others find a place to call home.
