We met Kriston randomly over the phone, and I'm so glad we did. My husband and I have been in real estate in the past and knew the whole process and game, but we were buying out of state and needed assistance for state specific contracts. Kriston immediately put us at ease with his professionalism and knowledge. He was very kind and patient. He immediately became a friend. I would highly recommend him as an agent to all my friends and family, and anyone trying to find the right agent. It can be very difficult these days to find an agent that is serious about the profession and takes great care of you, but Kriston does just that.

When work relocated us to Northwest Arkansas, we were faced with the daunting challenge of finding a new home within a four day trip. We set some parameters for Kriston regarding the area, type of house, and price range, and let him take over from there. He quickly narrowed down the search, and sent us lots of options fitting within the parameters we set. Kriston then set up appointments at all of our favorites, creating a schedule that maximized search efforts within our short time frame. Kriston continued to work hard for us during the search, the offer, and the closing. He was knowledgable throughout the process, and he quickly found answers to all the questions we had. We are so grateful to Kriston for putting us at ease during a stressful relocation. He helped us find the right home at the right price. Kriston is a savvy realtor, with a keen eye on what's ahead. We had a great experience buying our house through Kriston. Being that we were relatively new to the process, he guided us step-by-step on what to do but was always a few steps ahead, making sure that the process ran smoothly. We got the house we wanted (and then some), and it was because Kriston shared the vision of what we wanted. We're completely satisfied, and if we ever move again, we know who we'll be calling!!!

Kriston was always available to answer questions and explain things that we did not understand. He was willing to show us as many homes as we wanted and gave us great advice. Though we've known Kriston for some time as a close friend, he didn't take advantage of that and was with us every step of the way.
