Kristopher was absolutely the right choice when we moved to our new city of Nashville, TN. He helped us level up to a larger home to accommodate our growing family and even video toured the home for us before we could be there in person. He made the buying process simple and went above and beyond to make our experience as easy as possible. My wife and I have moved 6 times across 4 different states over 20 years and Kris is quite simply the best realtor we've come across anywhere, in my opinion. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the market, very well connected (to other realtors, developers, contractors, etc.), hard working, proactive, responsive and attentive. Kris helped coach my wife and I through finding our first home. He made the paperwork and process so simple, but most importantly, he helped us prep and understand what we really needed in a house and what we absolutely did not want. When the right house popped up, we were ready to make the call within an hour of listing and Kris was right there with the paperwork to make it happen. He helped our offer stand out and we ended up closing on the first house we put in an offer for! We would not be in this house right now with a different agent, I know that for sure.

Couldn't have asked for a better agent. Kris was extremely responsive and helpful during our first home purchase. We ran into a title issue with our closing that led to delays and ended up getting a large price concession, extended rate lock, and 3 months free rent. Kris negotiated it all.
