I have worked with Kristy for several years. I have really enjoyed working with her, and she has been instrumental in helping me sell two properties, an investment property and my previous residence, which were very difficult to sell for their fair market value (determined by careful research). She was very patient and worked very hard to enable me to sell both at a fair price (providing excellent advice and referred me to a professional stager, who also did an excellent job). Kristy also did an excellent job in enabling me to purchase my current townhome residence, which I couldn't be happier with! Kristy has been a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her!

Due to Kristy's negotiations skills, I got my home offer accepted over other offers in this crazy stressful sellers' market. She just knew this was the right home for me and went the extra mile!
