Kristy and her team were AMAZING at guiding us through both buying and selling houses in record time.

While shopping, Kristy looked at a number of homes at our convenience and never made us feel like we were being too picky. She steered us away from making bad decisions and helped us lock down the perfect home when we found it.

When it was time to sell, she gave us great advice on staging our home and listed it at a competitive price. We grouped 35 showings on a weekend and ended up with 6 offers, closing significantly above asking price.

I contacted Kristy Dugan to take on the task of both selling and buying a home. We had visited multiple times before I listed my house to ensure I was getting the updating and work done (including proper staging) to sell my home. Kristy is very well versed in the process of both endeavors. It was somewhat stressful because we were under COVID rules and I had to leave the premises with my dogs for house to be shown. The list price, her evaluation of the house, the professional photos and all of her help with questions about the inspections, appraisals, the closings, etc. were all answered. I would receive many uplifting texts and answers immediately. She provided such a stellar quality of service that I am happy I can take this time to thank Kristy for her hard work.
