Kristy Heitl is a friendly knowledgeable realtor who provided excellent service and sold our Venice condo in a difficult market. She also helped us find a great realtor to quickly sell a property we own in another state. We needed help removing belongings from our condo that normally the owner would handle, and she had the team to do it. Kristy promptly responded to questions and concerns and walked us thru this sale which was done remotely. Highly recommend her.

In 2020 I started thinking about selling our second level condo and purchasing a lower level condo. I met Kristy through a friend and we hit it off! Kristy listened to whst we wanted in our "dream " home. She took the time to drive me around to different communities. Her feeling was
" You need to like the community, THEN we look for your home". Boy did we look! Kristy knows EVERYTHING about these commities! She's very well respected by the developers, local businesses and other agents. Kristy never pressured us into a sale...Finally in 2021 we made the decision to put our condo up for sale and purchase a Villa in the Grand Palm Community. At that time Neil was only releasing two properties a month. Kristy knew the sales agent, worked her magic and we got the property we wanted! She would check on the building of our Villa regularly, send us photos and updates. She even helped us with the walk through and online closing.
So what happened to our condo we were selling? It sold in three weeks! I had to quickly pack and arrange for moving. Kristy suggested Master Movers in Venice and they were wonderful! Again, Kristy knows everyone! Master Movers stored our belongings and in November of 2021 we happily moved into our new Villa! We LOVE our home and community. We will be forever grateful to Kristy. She took the stress out of the whole process...man, she's a great person! We would highly recommend Kristy! She's professional, pays attention to detail, but her magic power is her love of helping people. Yup, definitely go with Kristy!

Kristie is an incredible realtor. She sold my condo for me, helped me buy my current house and if I ever decide to sell it, she will be my realtor. A while back, my friends had their home on the market by another realtor and never sold it. When that realtor contract expired, they listed with Kristie, and it sold quicky. I met Kristy as a referral from a client of mine when we were looking to sell our villa in Grand Palm. I was told she was great! Well let me just say great doesn’t even cover it. Talk about a sharp, savvy, knowledgeable realtor that FULLY understands what the market has to offer and how to get DEALS done! Kristy doesn’t stop with her desire to please a client and get them into a home that will make them happy for years to come. She builds RELATIONSHIPS with her clients and works with many of them as buyers…. And down the road again as sellers. I have personally referred Kristy to a neighbor this past spring and she had the house under contract in 60 days during a challenging and tougher market. Kristy is communicative with her clients and doesn’t shy away from tougher conversations regarding price, recommendations on what to fix prior to selling and feedback from showings along the way. It’s Kristi’s insight and incredible marketing plans as well as her tenacity that gets the job done. I will use Kristy without a doubt on my next home sale and I will refer her over and over again as she does NOT disappoint! Not to mention she’s fun to spend time with!

We were recommended to Kristy by some friends who had used her previously. So we gave her a call. She is awesome to deal with. Took time to show us multiple houses around our schedule. We really loved one house and she recommended we keep looking because it wasn’t going to be very kid friendly and we have two younger kids. I appreciated her approach for marketing and her honesty in setting the asking price.
