We recently purchased our first home and decided to work with Kristy based on a recommendation. The state of the housing market right now meant we had to sometimes bother her at the most inconvenient times so we could stay ahead of other potential buyers. Not only was she very happy to help, but often times she was way ahead of us and was already working to schedule a showing. There was excellent communication from the very start and there was never a time we couldn’t get ahold of her. I mean on one occasion she even dropped what she was doing to come show a house, on her day off. She was tremendously helpful in all the speed bumps we encountered and in the end, we got the house we wanted and couldn’t have done it without her help.

Kristy was an AMAZING realtor! She really knows her stuff and works so hard for her clients. She helped me sell my first home and it was such a rollercoaster ride but she kept me calm and kept GREAT communication with me. I love that she responded to me very fast any time I needed her and kept me in the loop with everything. She got me more then I ever imagined I could get on my home. I definitely recommend her and will be for sure using her again when I’m ready to buy my next home!

My wife found Kristy in her researching of top realtors in the area. She came across Kristy's page and after our first meet with her, we knew she was the right realtor for us. Her professionalism, understanding of the market and knowledge of the area gave us the confidence we needed to sell our home with her.

This was only the beginning though. Kristy was able to help us with all the odds and ends associated with selling a home. From making recommendations for companies to helping in so many other tasks in the overall process. She made sure we were always happy from the beginning and when dealing with such a stressful process of selling a home and moving, having her there to help throughout the journey was such a huge help.

Should you be lucky to come across her name in your search, I couldn't recommend her enough! She's in your corner from the start and extremely knowledgeable in the area and won't stop until you get what it is that you want.
