Kristyn was so easy to work with. She was quick to point out potential problems we missed when viewing homes, was honest about the potential to make homes (that lacked things we were looking for) what we wanted, was helpful, honest and patient as we navigated our way through the buying process. We thought our first home would be our forever home but after 29 years it was time to move on. I hope this home will be our final and forever home and that we never move again but if we do, Kristyn is the only agent we will work with!!

Kristyn is absolutely amazing. She took us to 29 different showings over 16 months during the pandemic, worked through our weird financial situations, and got us into a fantastic home for less than the appraised value. I very highly recommend Kristyn!

Kristyn is extremely knowledgeable in the entire home buying process. Being a first time homebuyer, we had a lot of questions. Kristyn always made our questions feel like a priority, and she made sure we always understood what was happening in the process. Kristyn will tell you when something looks off, not only in paperwork, but also upon doing physical inspections or walkthroughs of the house. If she sees something, she will tell you, and she leaves all final decisions up to you. We ended up under contract but with appraisal issues. At this point, we were worried about the potential outcome, but Kristyn assured us she would do everything she could to push forward with our deal. We closed on that home 3 weeks later. I would (and have already) recommended Kristyn to anyone buying/selling a home in our area. She is very professional and personable. We will not use any other realtor in the future.

Kristyn is a fantastic realtor who has helped us buy our first home and then sell it 4 years later! I have used Kristyn several times over the years. To buy and sell my first home. I continue to refer every family member and friend I talk to. She is amazing and makes it personal when it comes to finding you your perfect house. I remember constantly asking questions when I bought my house back in 2014. She didn't hesitate with one of the questions I through at her. If she didn't know she found the answer. And selling a home just last year she was not any less involved. She helps you get your house ready for showing by a detailed suggested list. She helps you through the whole process. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. She is the best around!
