Krystal Zamora word can’t words can’t really explain how much she helped, guided and went to bat for my wife and I on this journey. We’ve made a great friendship over the time she has been working with us. She stayed by our side through the good and bad times. Krystal is the most helpful, real estate agent ever!!! She made the home buying process for us 1st time home buyers so smooth and easy. She is very responsive and take care of her clients lol trust me, we would text her at like 10 o’clock at night and she would still respond. We told her what kind of house we were looking for, the space, price range and area. She was very very good with helping finding us homes and sending us homes that she thought we like. We had a situation where we had got into a contract negotiation with a homeowner and after inspection there were things that needed to be fixed and the home owner did not want to fix the things in the home before we brought and would not give us back our earnest money. Krystal went to bat for us and we end up getting back earnest money back and also finding a different beautiful home after. Krystal is a wonderful real estate agent, and I highly recommend her.

My fiance and I worked with Krystal on the purchase of our 1st home. From the beginning krystal worked hard to help us find the home that would best fit our needs and budget. She sent suggestion for us to look at and was very helpful during appointments. Once we found the home that we wanted, she worked hard to get us a good deal, even while working with a tough seller. She was always phone call or a text a way during the whole process. She could always get us the answers we needed in a timely fashion. After closing, she was still helpful. I started my home buying process with another agent and it was just an unfavorable experience. After three months, I decided to move on and met Krystal when she was recommended and tagged several times in a Facebook group. Upon meeting Krystal, she connected me with a new lender and we immediately began house hunting. She showed me several homes and less than 10 days later I had an accepted offer!! To put that in perspective, we met 10/9/23 and closed 11/17/23!! During that short time of knowing her, I learned so much and was so comfortable putting my trust in her throughout the process. She was always hands on, checking in with me, responsive, and extremely diligent. A testament to her responsiveness and hard work is how is how after I sent her the house I was interested in, we were viewing it an hour later, and my offer was signed and submitted the next hour. I highly recommend anyone looking for a realtor to go with Krystal. She is on top of things and knows her stuff! This was my first time buying a home and she took the time to explain every detail and made sure I understood the entire process. I was unfortunately in a time crunch and she was still so willing to work with me. She was efficient and would show me houses I sent her within 24 hours of me telling her I was interested. Krystal took the time to show me multiple houses in a day 7 days a week. She is extremely accommodating with schedules as I work during normal business hours. Krystal Zamora. That is it. That is the name that you need to remember. This is the woman who made it possible for my husband and I to have our DREAM home built.

Two years ago, we started our search with Century 21. We interviewed our realtor to ensure that she was the best fit for our family, our needs, and our budget. After thinking it over, we hired her to assist our family and close a deal. We would receive automated emails a few times a month with houses that met our "qualifications." What we didn't receive was the personal touch of "Hey, I found this perfect home. I think we should check it out." Whenever we called our realtor, she would schedule viewings a week out and everyone knows that the housing market was a war zone in 2021-2022. After losing quite a few offers, we decided to reevaluate our realtor. That is when we found Krystal.

Krystal was by far the most educated, wholesome, and energetic soul. She requested to meet with US and asked about everything a home could offer. She asked about our credit, she paired us with a lender who was able to make the numbers that we wanted a reality. When we would send homes to Krystal, we were there first thing in the morning. We were not waiting for 5-6 days before viewing a home. After we began working with Krystal, we decided that we were going to build. My godsh was she amazing in that subject as well. There were a few things that she didn't know, however, she investigated and had our questions answered within 24 hours.

We now have a beautiful new build with Lennar. It is a 2.5 bath 4-bedroom, full basement, living room, dining room, loft, 3 car garage, and an additional living space for myself and my family. My husband and I will also be adding two bedrooms and a full bath to our walk out basement.

I STRONGLY KNOW that if we had not partnered with Krystal and her lender Patricia, we would not have gotten our dream home because prior to this dynamic duo, other lenders were quoting us at insane rates and deposits. Luckily, after finding Krystal and Patricia, they made our dream home a reality! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

When writing a review for someone like Krystal it seems impossible to really describe In just an online review what she not only did for you,how terrific of a job she did,but what it meant. When buying our first home with Krystal it was evident in the first communications ,she was the perfect choice. Krystal sent me houses consistently and was quick to answer about any homes I sent her. Krystal took the time to explain the process as well as give some great insight into areas to purchase ,as we are fairly new to Indiana and needed some honest feedback on great areas to raise our children. On many occasions I would send Krystal an address and within the hour we would be viewing the house which is an amazing advantage to have in today's market. As a mom of 3 I often had to bring the kids along and Krystal made me feel very comfortable to do so. She even held my 9month old so I could walk down narrow hallways or even just so I could really look around,and let my 5 year old talk her ear off, lol. Krystal is so personable,down to earth ,and kind that everyone in my family grew to love her in no time and we were not only greatful for her help in finding a home but for being someone we could talk to when we were worried or started having difficulties during the process. Although we had a quite a few hiccups with our lender, Krystal still stood by us and tried to help in anyway she could. Upon ultimately parting ways with our chosen lender , Krystal was able to refer us to her preferred lenders ,who ended up finishing the job and getting us to the closing table in less than 2 wks after almost 2 months of issues with our previous chosen lender. Krystal was about the third agent I spoke to and was the first one to really from the get go make my husband and I feel comfortable and heard since we were not only first time home buyers but shopping in a crazy market. From the beginning she told us what to expect and what was needed in order to get a house in this sellers market we are currently in, so when we found the one we could offer on it right away. She answered all the questions we had and always made me feel knowledgeable after. Whenever I would have questions or I would send her a home she would always respond super fast to answer or to let me know what financing was accepted and to give me the available showing slots so we could get in at a time that worked for us and fast. It was a long time house shopping with Krystal and going to MANY houses. No matter the time of day, she was always available. She showed us homes through all of porter and lake county and not once was she in a bad mood. In fact, I was the one that started getting discouraged toward the end about even being able to get an accepted offer in this market and she always reassured me that we would get our house. We finally found the one and not only got an accepted offer but it was an accepted offer we thought was not possible in this market. Something I honestly don't think we could have done without Krystal. My little family and I got our first home thanks to Krystal right before the holidays and we gained an awesome friendship with not only an awesome realtor but an awesome person. She listened and understood what I was looking for and wouldn’t send anything that I did not want in a home. She would keep in touch if it’s been a few days & make sure everything was ok along with sending homes she thinks you will consider and like. Also, recommended lender and inspector If needed as well. This has been the best home shopping experiences I ever had. Krystal was absolutely amazing! She was very attentive, responsive, and efficient. At times, I didn't know how to explain exactly what I needed or wanted, but somehow she knew and she delivered.
