Having a very quick turn around time and the housing market being what it is currently. KT was the only real estate agent that was willing to get to the houses in a very timely manor so I could see what they looked like and put a bid on the ones I liked. In the end she found me a great home that met almost all of my needs. I highly recommend KT if you are buying or selling a home.

ALL RIGHT TAMPA, you wanted the best you got the best, introducing the GREATEST REAL ESTATE AGENT IN THE WORLD K T TERSHOWKIIIII! I moved down to Florida for flight training and was hopelessly lost in my search for a home. Then one day as I was flying over Clearwater Beach. I couldn’t believe my eyes as there was a Woman flying an invisible jet. The jet was towing a banner that says KT Sells Tampa Bay. Right then I knew who my agent was going to be. I found a place that I initially liked and I wanted. It was in a multiple offer situation and I wanted to make a higher offer. KT was like “PLEASE, I’ll get you this place for 5 grand under asking price, easy! Everything was going well until the inspection and it turned out the air conditioning was older than the seller had revealed. This was a problem that ended up in a showdown. We ended up meeting the agent and seller outside a saloon at high noon. We let them know that this was unacceptable! The agent looked at us with a scowl and spit! The agent said “well, your under contract so we’re taking your deposit.” KT starred them down, yawned and said “we’re still in the inspection period so you’re not getting a dime of that deposit, how do you like them apples!” With that she snapped her fingers and a pony that was mistakenly thought to be dead appeared galloping full speed towards us! KT hopped on the pony at full speed and rode off! My deposit was returned and KT was able to find me a similar home for $33,000 less. As I was going to the final walk through before close. I was about to be hit by a vehicle and I thought that this was it. Just then an invisible jet crashes into side of the vehicle saving my life. Everyone was ok but KT did injure her foot, but saved my life and for that I am truly grateful. KT sells Tampa Bay, more like KT SAVES Tampa Bay!

I had the pleasure of working with KT to sell a house my siblings and I inherited in South Tampa. She went above and beyond to get my family the best deal possible through her excellent negotiation skills, business acumen and knowledge of the local real estate market. On top of that, she was honest, reliable and prompt throughout the whole process. As an example of her honesty, she even told me how much my family’s property would likely appreciate (not a small amount) over the next 5 years if we decided not to sell it at that time! KT is truly a remarkable realtor. The process was intimidating with all the steps, processes, and moving parts involved - we had no idea where to start. She made the home buying experience so seamless with no headaches. There was never more than an hour that elapsed to return our calls, and very rarely were they ever missed – answering every one of our questions! I put my house up for sale in November of 2017; however, the timing was not right for me. I was very lucky to know Mark from Mark It Realty Group. Mark introduced me to his associate, KT she was very personable and informative of selling my house and walked me through everything. She marketed my house, scheduled many appointments and hosted a lot of open houses. KT knows her stuff and sold my house within my expected time frame for more than I anticipated for it sell for without a hitch. In the meantime, KT assured me she would find us a place to live and she did. It was the most beautiful renovated home within my price range in an ideal location. Go KT – she is the best!!!!

As first time homebuyers, KT was a phenomenal agent that was enthusiastic, flexible, readily available, and happy to go above and beyond to aid us in the process.
