About Kurt

Born and raised in Falls Church, Virginia, I went on to attend UNC-Wilmington. Two amazing things happened while I was there. I met my wife Lee our freshmen year and I received a BA in Environmental Studies. So naturally, I went on to spend the next 17 years working as a Chef in upscale residential communities. I had the privilege of working as a Chef at the Governors Club in Chapel Hill and more recently the St James Plantation in Southport. Along the way my wife Lee and I developed a knack for real estate. We began investing years ago, and that has led us to obtaining my license and working in real estate full time.

Lee and I live in beautiful Sunset Beach. We could not imagine a better place for us to raise our incredible eight children. We could not be happier here, and our hope is to assist you in finding your own piece of paradise here in the coastal low country of Brunswick County, North Carolina.
