Kurt Hollenberg

Kurt’s involvement in the family farming operation for the past 30 years has provided a strong foundation for his work as an agent dealing with agricultural properties. Working in the real estate business since 1996, his knowledge base has expanded to include development, commercial and recreational properties which often involves situations focusing on planning and zoning, 1031exchanges, government programs, lease options, and wetlands mitigations, among others. During his time with the East Central MO Board of Realtors, Kurt was awarded four Pinnacle Awards (sales of 5 million) and the prestigious Summit Award (sales of 11 million) in 2005. In 2006, Kurt's first year with Missouri Land & Home, United Country, he ranked 23rd in the nation with the franchise, further illustrating his professional care and expertise with each project. Kurt is owner of the Missouri Land & Home offices.
