Kurt Schneider

Raised in Connecticut, Kurt spent his summers on the Seacoast from Rye to Kennebunkport. Having established a successful career with a computer brokerage firm in New York, he decided to move to the Seacoast and enjoy its unique quality of life. Kurt started his career in real estate through private investing and soon realized his passion. He obtained his real estate license in 2004 and soon afterward met Don & Kathy Cook as D.D.Cook Builders was building his Portsmouth condominium. After discovering they shared the same vision, Kurt joined Don's brokerage in 2005. Four years later, Kurt received his NH Brokers License, and served as their managing broker for the next 14 years. Representing buyers, sellers, investors, and other builders and developers, Kurt is always interested in discussing client's real estate needs and goals.

In April of 2022 with the retirement and closing of the D.D. Cook Builders and Real Estate Kurt joined the dynamic firm of Duston Leddy Real Estate where he continues with the same professional real estate services he’s provided in the seacoast market for almost two decades.
