About Kurt

Growing up as the son of Schuler Bauer owner and Schuler Builders founder (now Schuler Homes), Kurt embraced and cherished the real estate business. At a young age, he had a passion for business, negotiating and reaching goals. Most of his early negotiations took place with his parents and his brothers while playing Monopoly.

Kurt is a graduate of Saint Xavier High School and Indiana University-Bloomington. After graduating from college, Kurt and his wife, Amy, lived and worked in Chicago for 2 years. After two years in the windy city, Kurt and Amy decided it was time to move back home to Southern Indiana.

Late in 2014, Kurt obtained his real estate license and started helping families buy and sell homes right out of the gate. In 2016, Kurt, Scott Pearce and Ashley Jones formed a dynamic real estate team to better serve their clients in Southern Indiana and Louisville, Kentucky.

Kurt and his team represents the region's finest properties with exceptional skill using the most innovative technologies currently available. I worked with and mentored Kurt at his previous job, we were in Sales and serviced the same customers. I could always rely on Kurt to follow through, follow up and never let anything slip through the cracks. He was on top of every aspect of his job, once he said he would take care of something, you never had to check back with him, it was done.
