I wish I had the words to adequately describe just how amazing Kyle is. My husband and I moved to Chicago and expected the process of selling our home from five states away to be difficult. Kyle assisted my family with real estate transactions two times in the last twelve months. First, he was of great assistance with connecting me with a reliable and trustworthy real estate agent in the Tampa area as I was selling some property in that area. Since I don't live there, it was a little difficult for me to meet real estate agents in person to decide on one. He put me in contact with a very good agent who represented my family's interest quite well. In the last two months, Kyle assisted a family member who is relocating to Tallahassee with the purchase of a home. Since that family member was unable to attend house showings in person, Kyle understood that he had to communicate with me and that family member. Kyle demonstrated a level of professionalism that even impressed the mortgage company my family member used for the purchase of the home. The lender representative noted how prompt, thorough, and responsive he was in communicating between them and the title company. He helped us negotiate an outstanding price on the home that was well below the estimated value of the other homes in the neighborhood. What I appreciated the most was how he treated my family member. He was courteous, patient, and quite attentive. I'm sure there are other professional real estate agents in the Tallahassee Big Bend area; however, just as long as he serving this area, I will take my business to him and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home. Simply put, "he's good people."
