Kyle Holden

Kyle was born and raised in the Tidewater area and became a Richmond transplant 20 years ago and has called Mechanicsville home ever since. His wife is a teacher in Hanover County and together they have two boys, a senior at Atlee High School and a middle schooler at Chickahominy Middle School. Previously, as a Quality Assurance Manager for a shed manufacturing company, he had to make sure everything he produced met a high level of expectations. In becoming a Realtor, he maintains the same exceptionally high standards. Kyle believes in doing things right the first time and always listens carefully to his clients wants and needs in finding their perfect home. Whether it is new construction or a historic find, he will be there to guide his clients through the home buying processes every step of the way.
