Kyle Lyon

Kyle Lyon is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America where he received an Associate’s degree of Occupational Studies, Culinary Arts. Upon graduation, he launched his career in restaurant management. After several years in the industry, Kyle was presented an opportunity to join a large real estate firm and launched the Kyle Lyon Realty Group with a focus on the North Texas luxury market.

He is passionate about his clients’ goals and assisting them in the realization of their dreams. In 2014, Kyle was named Rookie of the Year at his first brokerage and soon became part of his office’s top 10% of producing agents. At his former brokerage, he served on their Associate Leadership Council and was a member of their Luxury Homes International and Global Property Specialist groups.

n 2017 and 2018, Kyle was also named by 'D Magazine' as one of the 'Best Real Estate Agents in Dallas.' In July of 2020, with a goal of growth in mind, Kyle joined Briggs Freeman Sotheby's International Realty. Currently, he is working with his team to expand their market share with a focus on strengthening client relationships.

Kyle is actively involved in the Dallas community and serves on the Oak Lawn Committee as Vice President and is a member of the Metrotex Association of Realtors. He is a graduate of Metrotex Leadership class 25. He holds designations as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and Texas Realtor Leadership Participant (TRLP).
