Founder of Upwell Realty, Kyle Madorin has earned wide recognition in Orlando and nationally for his exceptional concierge service in real estate. After growing up in Chicago’s west suburbs, Kyle studied public relations at Bradley University, where he obtained an advanced internship in guest relations with The Walt Disney Company. Kyle quickly fell in love with Orlando and relocated to Central Florida, making his mark at Walt Disney World while earning positions as a Magic Kingdom tour guide, operations assistant for the park’s vice president, and as a VIP host for celebrities and visiting dignitaries. Through Disney’s extensive training regimen and Kyle’s hands-on experiences in these unique roles, he developed the high standards of personalized service and attention to detail for which he is known.

A chance encounter with the former CEO of Lord & Taylor and chairman of the board of Ann Taylor resulted in Kyle being recruited to Greenwich, Connecticut, where he worked as the executive administrator for a private investment firm. With a daily
routine that encouraged bringing the “Disney touch” to high level executives around New York city, he further engaged his talent for delivering remarkable client experiences.

Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans in 2005, prompting Kyle and his wife, Shalea, to relocate to Louisiana and help her parents rebuild their affected company. Once it was safely up and running, Shalea and Kyle used their acumen to assist with the expansion of the family’s wedding business into the premier venue in New Orleans and a destination for weddings throughout the region. After seven successful years of growth, and spurred by his own experiences in the field, Kyle sought a new challenge with no ceiling: real estate.

With their two young sons in tow, Shalea and Kyle moved back to Orlando, where they founded their real estate business with Kyle’s brother. The three of them began a journey with a fresh perspective on the industry, believing that at its heart, real estate is essentially a “people business.” They pledged to focus on customers’ happiness, putting their clients first, rather than on traditional sales techniques.

Kyle has been an Orlando real estate agent since 2013. In addition to being Gold Key Certified for Excellence in Professionalism by the Orlando Regional Realtor® Association, he has consistently performed in the top 1% of real estate agents in the Orlando area and has been recognized as a Top 100 Agent by Orlando Real Producers Magazine. A Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and Million Dollar Guild appointee, Kyle has achieved top performance levels in the luxury sector. Still, he provides the same high-touch service to all clients, regardless of price point.

UNMATCHED QUALITY. We’ve bought and sold several homes over the years, and I can honestly say Kyle and his team are the best we’ve ever worked with. They go above and beyond with every detail—their communication, market knowledge, and genuine care made the entire process stress-free.

Kyle helped us both buy our home and later sell it, and both experiences were outstanding. From the very first phone call to the thoughtful check-ins after closing, he made us feel supported every step of the way. If we ever move back to Orlando, there’s no question who we’ll call—Kyle and his team.

Extreme patience and expert knowledge. Purchasing a home in a different city while living elsewhere can be quite a challenge, but not when you have the amazing Kyle Madorin from Upwell Realty by your side! I currently live in New Orleans and was on the lookout for a home in Orlando, close to the theme parks, for my daughter and her roommates. They all work at the parks and were ready to move on from apartment life. So, I thought, why not kill two birds with one stone? An investment property for me and a wonderful new home for them!

Thanks to a glowing recommendation, I reached out to Kyle at Upwell Realty, and I couldn’t be happier! Kyle made what could have been a tough process feel like a breeze. From the very start, he took the time to understand exactly what type of property and location we were looking for. Knowing I had limited time for each showing since I would fly in to view properties, he would compile a fantastic list for me. I would narrow it down, and we’d repeat this a couple of times. When I arrived in town, he had 3 to 5 properties lined up and ready for us to see that day. (Pure magic!)

Since my daughter's lease wasn't up for about 3/4 of a year, we had plenty of time to find the perfect place. While many realtors might push for a quick sale, Kyle was patient and made sure we found exactly what we wanted. And we did!

Next came the purchasing process, and I was thrilled to get the home below asking price, which is always a win! Kyle and his team did an outstanding job making the closing process seamless and easy. He even managed to move the closing date up by a week! (More magic!) This was crucial since I had a very small window to get a few things done before the big move.

Now, my daughter and her roommates are happily settled in, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience, especially thanks to Kyle Madorin at Upwell Realty. I can’t recommend him highly enough. FANTASTIC JOB, KYLE!!!

Kyle stands apart from the rest of many realtors. I say this because his professionalism, negotiation skills and industry knowledge are of the best my wife and I have ever encountered.
