Representing the 3rd generation of the Neumann family, I have witnessed our company develop into the successful establishment it is today. Growing up in Ridgefield has allowed myself to become naturally familiar and confident in the surrounding market; a market that is changing on a daily basis. Throughout my early career, I had the pleasure in building my residential real estate brand, representing buyers and sellers throughout all of Fairfield county in price ranges between $200,000 to $2,000,0000. Most recently expanding my reach, selling in East Hampton NY and branching into other real estate avenues such as Portfolio flip investments, REO/foreclosed properties and asset management. My goal, simply put, is to never stop learning – never stop educating. Loving what I do and learning from those within our top producing office, I leveraged my knowledge of our success into a product that allowed Realtors to build relationships with clients beyond the closing, the Keyzz App. As fun as that venture was (2017), refocusing and maintaining my roots as a certified Realtor was always at the forefront.
Today, I am proud to cover all of Fairfield county, with intimate knowledge of all relative markets, boasting sales over 22 towns, representing buyer’s and seller’s alike. Most importantly, staying true to each client with the same respect and passion that our Neumann family instilled on day 1. I am here to help guide your family in any way I can and understand that communication is the most important tool in our industry. As I am settling in to my new home in Ridgefield, I can’t help but think of Kyle and smile. Our first meeting was more of a lark than a truly serious inquiry. I had been contemplating moving out of New York City to Connecticut, yet I wasn’t quite sure I was ready to make that leap. By chance one beautiful Saturday morning in September I was browsing through the real estate section of the New York Times and saw a Neumann listing in Ridgefield. I picked up the phone and reached Kyle's father, Russ, who told me he was unavailable for the day but would I consider having his son show me the listing. I was up for a drive to “the country” and made an appointment to meet Kyle that afternoon. Kyle and I immediately clicked. I found his easy, yet unquestionably professional style quite appealing. As someone who is very direct, I appreciated your ability to understand my position and respect my needs regarding budget, along with specific aesthetic/architectural and property requirements. He was also a wonderful guide to Ridgefield. We discussed several towns in the surrounding area and your knowledge of Fairfield County combined with your assessment of my personal style and desires convinced me that I was ready to make the move to Ridgefield. Having been through the home buying process before, I can honestly say that I never felt any of the frustrations, wasted time or pressure as in prior experiences. Regarding our closing, I have to thank you for your recommendation for an attorney and your availability and help with the inspection as well as possible contractors to estimate my planned renovations.
