About Kyle
As one of the original team members charged with launching The Cliffs at Walnut Cove in 2002, Kyle was there when it was just "three guys and a hundred head of cattle." his love for this community runs deep, evidenced by the fact that he is the only broker who has remained at Walnut Cove continuously since its inception, having helped untold numbers of clients buy and sell some of the most beautiful real estate in Western North Carolina.
Real estate is a multi-faceted endeavor. Whether his purchasing clients seek a home or a homesite on which to build, Kyle likes to believe his deep knowledge of this community and its nuances inures to their benefit. He tries to conduct himself according to the following expression: "People don't care what you know until they know that you care."
Prior to a life in real estate, a couple of Kyle’s professional highlights included acting as the Corporate Director of Owner Relations for Peppertree Resorts, LTD and owning/running a restaurant in southern Indiana. Unbeknownst to him at the time, his restaurant would be the method by which Kyle met the love of his life, Jennifer, with whom he has been married since 1998. They have three children who keep them moving in multiple directions simultaneously, challenging the very laws of physics.
When Kyle is not aiding clients or spending time with his family, you may find him out cycling on one of the many beautiful roads that grace their local area.
He graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1988 and loves Notre Dame football. Even more so, he loves the university and its beautiful campus. While he doesn’t make the trip there often as he’d like, doing so always represents a sort of homecoming for him.
