Simply put, EMINA HASIC is a godsend.

As a first-time homebuyer, preparing to purchase my very first home should have been not only nerve-wracking but also scary and stressful. HOWEVER, since the first moment we've met, her honesty, communication, professionalism, and genuine efforts to help me find my dream home was a true blessing.

If you are a first-time homeowner looking for someone who will show you complete HONESTY, GENUINITY, and pure EFFORT, Emina is the one. Not only was she patient and diligent in showing me multiple houses in order to help me find the "perfect" dream home, but her punctual communication, honest opinions and advice, and overall expertise in what she does blew me away. I kid you not, within a MONTH, she was able to find me the house of my dreams. Buying a house is such a huge step in life and a huge responsibility--almost like deciding to have a child! But with Emina's expertise and guidance, everything went much better than I had expected.

She is a professional who truly loves what she does and genuinely cares about her client's well-being and happiness.

Tiffany Ott! She was the realtor for the house he built and purchased with Finer Homes. We did have our own realtor but working with Tiffany was equally enjoyable. I feel so lucky we discovered Caitlin and the Yeatman group! We sold our house and bought a new one with her in Chesterfield. We had been interested in moving and were checking out the market and found a house on Trulia we really loved- I requested to see a listing on a Saturday morning and Caitlin met us right on time (she beat us there!). I was there with my husband, 7 yr old son and infant daughter- immediately Caitlin made us feel totally at ease! We liked her right away! That house didn't work out but she and Lauren on her team came to our house a month later at our request to put our house on the market and sell. They helped us get our house ready and were super nice- not weirdly in our business like I've heard other realtors can be- she left it to us but anytime we asked for her help she and/or her team were there! Our house sold in 2 weeks which was amazing considering our isolated location. All through the selling process- and buying- I felt like she was on our side. The photos of our house looked incredible! While on the hunt for our new home, she was SO HELPFUL! she was transparent, helpful, quick to respond and reassuring. Her team helped us too from time to time. And we found the PERFECT house with their help. She and her team jumped on it for us the last minute, helped us out in an offer and after negotiating the details we made it! Even my son adores her :) Anyone would be lucky to have Caitlin and team on their side!!

The Yeatman Group was my buying and selling agent over the past year while I was trying to sell my home. Throughout the entire process, they were very active in showing my home either to single families or open houses. On the buying side, they set up all of my inspections and contract signing appointments. At no point did I feel misinformed or that I didn't have a complete understanding of my current situation. When I have home buying or selling needs in the future, I'll definitely call on the Yeatman Group again. 10/10, would recommend.
