Being a home seller long distance (Texas), Kylie and her group made this experience much easier. They were extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They were very good about answering any questions and making you feel comfortable and confident about making decisions. I 100% recommend using Kylie Kennan for your real estate needs!! Kylie is friendly, professional and incredibly responsive, which is really important when buying or selling a home. We found that things changed quickly day-by-day and sometimes hour-by-hour. Kylie was always prepared to answer calls or texts at any hour and always kept us informed on status. Kylie worked hard with other realtors to keep the sale of our home on track - we accepted an offer, over asking, within two days of placing our house on the market! Although we had some bumps in the process of our sale, Kylie handled each one with grace and quickly found a solution. As a bonus, Kylie eased some of the pain of preparing to sell by paying for some of our cleaning costs before we put our house on the market. From start to finish, Kylie was amazing to work with. In a housing market that moves fast you need someone like her on your side who listens, is responsive, knowledgeable, and flexible.
Kylie and the Keenan Group offered a luxury buying and selling service. I felt very important, listened too and it was the little touches that set them apart from the rest. When listing they had cleaners come to my home, professional photography, a 3d walk through and home stager. They really have a great process!
While looking for a new home any time I found one I wanted to look at Kylie would go to work and set up a showing. She help us write up solid offer. We had quite the wish list and we were able to find the perfect fit with her help. I loved that when our offer was accepted we got an email that said congratulants we want to help you move, and let us know moving boxes were on the way. If you’re looking for a home in the insane Reno/Sparks market, you definitely need Kylie on your side! We have been so happy with both of our experiences with Kylie (buying our first home, and now selling that home and buying our second home). She’s extremely responsive which is important when you’re trying to get an offer in as quickly as possible, and knowledgeable about every step of the process. She made everything extremely easy for us.

The market right now is so competitive and fast-moving, that I have no doubt we wouldn’t have gotten our offer accepted on our home without Kylie’s expertise. She knew the right questions to ask, and ways to structure our offer, to make it the most competitive possible. Despite the extremely low inventory, we were able to buy a home meeting all of our needs, and in the exact small radius we wanted to be in. Although there were a few hiccups during the inspections & appraisal, Kylie’s connections to some of the quickest and most professional teams throughout the home buying process helped us to work through each and close on time. She has great recommendations for who to work with, and the entire process went very smoothly.

She was also incredibly helpful to have on our side with selling our previous home. Given she knew we could find a home at any time, she proactively had photos taken of our home when we began our home search. This played a huge role in being able to list and sell our house within 48 hours of our offer being accepted on a new home. We feel confident we got the best offer possible on our home, and it allowed us to close on our new home despite a quick timeline.

On top of all of that, Kylie and Dickson realty go above and beyond to make the moving process easy. With help such as photos for the sale of our home, moving boxes to prepare, and cleaning of our old home during a hectic move – we wouldn’t chose to work with anyone else. We will definitely be using Kylie in the future if we ever need to move again and would recommend her to anyone.

I have more experience with real estate agents than many people do, having owned my own brokerage for over twenty years. Besides, I have a daughter who is a very active agent, who I use as a benchmark for what a real agent should be. Kylie is very much like my daughter. She is intelligent, knowledgeable, personable and energetic. When I began my search for a home I wasn't sure what I really wanted; Kylie was patient in giving me an overview of the market and the options before me. I originally thought about an older home, something with character. What I ended purchasing was a townhome, which was under construction at the time I purchased it. Escrow lasted several months, due to the time it took to complete the home. through all that, Kylie kept in close contact with me giving updates and answering questions. When escrow closed and moving day arrived. Kylie came to the door with a broad smile and lunch for my family who were helping me move. That kind of thoughtfulness says a lot about Kylie. She continues to check in on me to see how I'm getting settled and to answer any questions I have about my new home. I can't say enough about Kylie, other than to say that I would recommend her to my best friend.

Kylie is the most professional, personable, and thoughtful individual and realtor. As first time homebuyers, we were nervous about the whole process (especially in this crazy 2020 market!). Although she is the guru of Reno realty, she went out of her way to help us find a home in Carson City without hesitation. It was not a short process, and Kylie always showed up with a smile on her face and ready to get down to business, no matter how many trips from Reno she had to make. Her determination to find us a perfect home was relentless! On the day we found our house, we were scheduled to look at four different houses (on a Sunday, nevertheless). During our long day of walk throughs, my husband and I found another house we wanted to look at that had just been listed the night before. Kylie went out of her way to get ahold of the listing realtor so that we could view the house that same day. We LOVED it and put in our offer that night.
