About Kylie

Kylie was raised in Onslow County and has always loved the outdoors. Before she could walk, Kylie spent her summers at Topsail enjoying her grandmother, affectionately called Fats Baby, and the rest of her family. Years later, her favorite place to be was still with her family at the water boating, fishing, crabbing, riding the jet skis, or soaking up the sun and enjoying the ocean breeze.

After college, she moved to Kentucky to pursue her passion for horses. There she worked at an equestrian hospital and bought her first horse, Joker, who is now a resident of Sneads Ferry. While living in Kentucky she also purchased her first home and realized how interested she was in real estate. With this new- found passion, and Joker, she came back to be with her beloved family and the sandy shores she missed so much.

Kylie is now a licensed broker in the state of North Carolina and owns a farm in Sneads Ferry. Being a local resident, with her "insider's" knowledge makes her uniquely qualified to help you buy or sell your property in the Topsail area.
