Bought a home in 2013 in Saint George, UT 84790. Local knowledge: Process expertise: Responsiveness: Negotiation skills: Kyra is highly intuitive. She helped me select the exact right home for my needs and worked diligently to convince the other agent and sellers to accept my offer. She has a natural instinct about what her buyers will really love and what they won't be happy with. In addition to her excellent real estate skills, she helped find other professionals who could help the process along like painters, bug exterminators (very important in St. George area house cleaners to make sure the home was really move-in ready, etc. She keeps her clients up-to-date on all of the nuances of buying/or selling a home and is in constant contact with them. All in all, she is professional but more than that, she becomes a lifelong friend whom you trust completely. I had enough faith in her judgment about what I really needed and wanted in a home to be able to make an offer on a home I had only seen on the internet. The location was perfect for my needs and she really worked on getting me the best price on the property possible. Oh, and by the way, she also found an agent for me in northern Utah to help sell my home up there so that this move would really happen.
