My wife and I first met Lacey and Brent last year when we began the search for a new home to reestablish our lives following a dreadful time. Words cannot be found to express our gratitude and appreciation as they journeyed WITH us during this difficult time. Lacey and Brent were patient, committed, communicative, pleasant, encouraging, and prayerful as we journeyed to find a new house to reestablish our home. Working with Lacey and Brent was more than finding a house, it was sharing our journey. For them, it is not about buying a house. It is caring and serving clients with excellence, compassion, advocacy, and a heartfelt genuineness. They have been a blessing to us more than words can be expressed. Thank you, Brent and Lacey, for being you and caring for us. We now have a new home and looking back can see the evidence of HIS blessing as he used you to bring refreshment and happiness to our reestablished HOME!!

I wish there could have been more stars!! I met Lacey and Brent close to 10 years ago and have never done any real estate business with anyone else. I have purchased 16 (8 bought and then also sold) homes with them and most of them were or are investment properties. Lacey and Brent are not only fantastic people they are there to support, help, advise, and work their tails off to make sure smart decisions and informed decisions are being done for their clients. They never complain or argue about additional questions/work/research that often times needs to happen to make a deal happen. Liz and I luv you guys!!!!

I had the unique experience of buying 2 houses in 2 years. The experience with Lacey and Brent could not have been better. They were extremely communicative and I had access to them whenever I needed anything. They were invested in me as a client and wanted to help me get the best house for the best value. Lacey and Brent were so awesome in helping my husband and I find a house. I like that they were very straight forward with everything, they kept us encouraged and motivated if one property didnt work out. They actually put their hear into their work and I enjoyed working with them. There was no question we couldn't ask and if they didnt know (which they did due to their years of experience) they would find out. They would forever be our realtors! "The Wilsons"

We met Lacey back in 2017. It was coincidence. We was waiting for our agent who never showed up. Lacey was kind enough to help us that time.
That year, we found our dream house and Lacey and Brent helped us make that dream come true. Not just that they are kind and professional, but they truly care about their costumers. They always responded quickly, providing reassurance and piece of mind.
This year, as we are downsizing/ retiring, we sold our house to our daughter. Lacey and Brent represented both sides, seller and buyer. Once again, we had great experience as they were fair, ethical and equally representing both parties.
Home buying/ selling is complicated transaction, but Lacey and Brant made process smooth thanks to their experience and highly professional attitude. They are great people all around and very special to us :-)
I would highly recommend Lacey and Brent for their high work ethics, professionalism and EXCELLENT costumer service.
They deserve six stars!!!

First of all, this review is way overdue! I worked with Lacey and her husband Brent when I relocated from out of state in December. I had gotten referrals from people I knew for a few realtors in the area but they weren't as responsive as I would have liked. I took a chance and just Googled (I think) and found Homes with the Dores. I'm SO glad I found them. Not only did Lacey respond right away, but she and her husband were super responsive throughout the entire process. I'm a picky buyer and very detail oriented when it comes to understanding the process. That can put off some people if they don't like/or aren't comfortable with a bunch of questions, but not Lacey and Brent. They were patient and kind throughout the process. I had also bought and sold homes before, but not in Illinois so there were some things that were different....and frustrating. Lacey listened to my frustrations and didn't miss a beat. She went above and beyond to respond and answer my questions.
I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted but the home I ended up buying was something I wasn't looking at because it was a bit outside of my search area. Thanks to Lacey for putting it in front of me or I would've never even looked at the home I ended up buying. Since I wasn't local Brent went to it (and a few others) and video chatted with me to show the houses. It was just what I needed to help me move more quickly (which was needed in the low inventory/quick sell market) and kept me from having to make so many trips. I'm so thankful I found them and highly recommend Lacey and Brent. They are true professionals and very down to earth and kind people.

I found Lacey online as I live out of state and was looking at an investment property. She had fabulous reviews and they were all correct! I left her a voicemail and she called me back quickly. The next day she had set up a showing with Google meets to show me everything live. She answered every question I had and remained positive through every possible closing hurdle. We was referred to Lacey and Brent by a friend. We worked with them the entire time looking for a house. Which took a little over a year. They were so patient with us and thoughtful of our needs. One day while looking at a house Brent said to us that there will be a property coming on the market that he thinks we would love, A week later he showed us the property and lo and behold This was the house we had been looking for! Lacey helped me so much with the purchase of my first home 10 years ago and now she’s my realtor for my second home purchase. Her and her husband are an awesome team, they are always there to give you advise or answer any questions you have. They also will give you contact info. For any services you may need ex.. roofers, inspectors, electricians, etc. they have never failed me. I refer them to all of my friends and will never use anyone else. They are truly the best!!!!
