Lacey projected professionalism and infinite patience with my wife and I, (mostly me) throughout the process. Overall, this experience was quite pleasant for buying a house. She gave us a ton of useful advice and even informed us that we qualified for a USDA loan which saved us hundreds a month on our mortgage! Bottom line: Very professional, very diligent and very outgoing. Everything you'd want when making the biggest purchase of your life.
