I was born and raised in the Glen Allen area and attended Virginia Commonwealth University. Today I love living in Hanover with my husband and two rescue pups. I hadn’t had any luck selling my house for the previous 5 months so I took it off the market and was ready to use Lacey’s property management company to rent my house. She convinced me to give her 4 weeks to sell the house and if it still didn’t sell, we would convert the listing to rental property. Lacey was up front from the beginning and took the time to explain to me what her strategy would be for finding a buyer for my house. She stayed in communication with me for every showing and every potential buyer’s feedback. The last week of the allotted time I gave her to sell my house, we got not one offer, but two! My wife and I live two hours away and needed to buy in a really short time frame. We contacted Lacey and right away she jumped into action sending us listings and scheduling viewings for when we would be in town. Our first contract didn't work out because of a low appraisal from an out of town appraiser. But Lacey was able to find us a comparable place that had just been put on the market, which I fell in love with and with her help were able to negotiate to a favorable price. Inspection was a breeze thanks to Lacey and once the appraisal came above contract price closing and everything went smoothly! Mind you this second property closed in about two weeks thanks to Lacey keeping everyone involved informed.
