Broker associate Lacey Power is a native resident of Asheville with roots that run deep in the community. Lacey has a well-rounded scope of the real estate industry, having experienced it from several angles. Her love for the area and market knowledge is the foundation of her business.

A real estate professional since 2014, Lacey began her career as a property manager responsible for the leasing and maintenance of over 400 vacation and long-term rental homes. She was sought out to hire and train real estate agents as the director of talent acquisition. Through skill evaluation and education, she guided new real estate professionals into groundbreaking careers.

Lacey previously served as the director of operations, managing every aspect of both sides of real estate transactions behind the scenes. Her clients appreciate her honesty, integrity, dedication, and determination. She has her own investment portfolio and can relate to the needs and goals of other investors. She has the desire to help other people become investors.

In her spare time, Lacey enjoys various outdoor adventures with her husband, Drew, and their yellow Labrador, Murphy.
