My Fiancé and I were beyond lucky to find Lacey. In such a busy, fast changing housing market, we truly had no idea where to begin. Right away, Lacey met with us over a zoom call, just to get to know each other and to get a feel for what we were looking for. It was a great ice breaker. After that, each and every home we wished to see, Lacey was scheduling it almost immediately. She never once pressured us into anything she didnt see us living in, which was a great feeling. We felt like we had a trusted family member with us the entire time, always making sure we were thinking everything through clearly. Lacey was responsive day and night, even working late into the night to make sure we were taken care of. She was also incredibly knowledgeable about how the market was doing, where it was going, and how to approach each situation. Overall, we could not have wished for a better experience than what we had with Lacey. I would recommend her to anyone looking to find a home.

Lacey represented us as buyers moving to the area from out of state and her local knowledge was invaluable, not only helping us with orientation of what the city has to offer and the lay of the different neighborhoods, but also guiding us through the nuances of the buying process in Oregon and in Yamhill county. Having a realtor that you can talk with and share the things that are highest on your list for buying a home or property is of utmost importance. We felt very comfortable with Lacey and just really enjoyed spending time with her. Finding out she had a background in marketing and even worked travelling a lot for a large company in McMinnville, made us feel more confident in her abilities to find us the perfect home.

At first, we were not super serious about moving. But even though we looked off and on for a home for a few years, every time we called Lacey and said we found one we wanted to look at, she was very willing to show it to us. She had a lot of patience with us! When we finally did find what we wanted, she gave us good advice, and communicated constantly with us and the sellers and buyers realtors.

We contracted with Lacey to sell my elderly parents’ home when they were ready to downsize to an apartment. My dad had Alzheimer’s, and my mom has Parkinson’s. They’d lived there for more than 20 years, so the home needed some repairs and updates. This felt overwhelming given the tight market for contractors and our short timeframe for selling the house. To say Lacey is amazing, is quite frankly, an understatement.

We began working with Lacey from out of state to relocate back to Oregon. Right from the start she was accommodating for our time differences, loud family, work schedules, social distancing madness and everything else that comes along with a family. She understood. She never pressured or made us feel as if we were on “her time.” From 1800 miles away, she virtually walked us through listings that peaked our interest. Even, at times, walking around the neighborhood to provide us with a better view than Google maps. She had no problem answering a thousand questions, even with some repetitions. Further, when she did not know an answer, she was honest and followed through in seeking it. At the time of making an offer, Lacey gave sound advice to help us be competitive in a fierce market. However, she again, did not push, and always made us feel comfortable with any decision we made.

As real estate is a fickle friend, we, like many homebuyers, had “the nightmare” happen. At the very last minute, everything fell apart. Our home sale back in Minnesota fell through, preventing us from closing in Oregon on schedule. We were stuck. Lacey did everything she possibly could to help and became a liaison between us, our Minnesota agent, the bank, the sellers here in Oregon, and the underwriters. She went so far and beyond to the point of offering us her laundry room while we were living out of a hotel!

Sadly, we were not able to save that sale, and we were back to the drawing board. Lacey helped us secure a rental! She showed us houses again, this time in person. She was extremely patient when we had three kids running around. As we put in offers, she again was helpful in navigating the competition and mentoring truthfully about our chances. It took a few rejections, but we like to think those houses were just not meant for us.

Finally, the perfect house did come along! Lacey, again, was superb in scheduling and handling everything needed to make the deal close from inspections to repairs. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother transaction! Now, we have no intentions to move again, but if we ever did, we would not hesitate to call Lacey.

If you’re even considering another agent, call Lacey and give her a try first. You won’t regret it.

Lacey was eager about helping us navigate a remote home purchase. My wife and I were moving from out of state and reached out to Lacey based on client reviews and some video tours that she had posted online. Wow, did that prove to be a good decision!

Our first conversation through video call laid the foundation for strong relationship and the trust that was to follow. Lacey remembered small details of that initial discussion and applied them to the virtual walkthroughs of each house. Lacey started each viewing by giving us a sense of the neighborhood. She’d walk the surrounding streets and describe everything she saw. From the upkeep of neighbor’s houses, proximity to businesses and nearby schools, to traffic noise and more. If Lacey saw any neighbors outside, she would strike up a conversation with them to gather that underlying information that is not available in the listing notes. Inside she was masterful at slowly panning through each room and describing the home’s layout and key features. We had complete trust in Lacey because she described what saw as she saw it. She was raw, yet professional. We never felt rushed or oversold. Her honesty was that of a family member and less of a business associate. That is exactly what we needed to put down an offer on a house sight unseen.

After a month in our new home, we can confidently say that Lacey was indispensable in us finding the perfect house, in the perfect neighborhood, in the perfect town and charting the course for our new life.
