Lacy Caudel

Lacy was born and raised in Kansas, graduating from the University of Kansas with a finance and marketing degree. After some time in the finance world, Lacy decided to broaden her horizons and moved to Denver in 2012 to pursue a career in marketing with Chipotle. After six years, Lacy decided to shift her focus from marketing to a career in real estate to afford her more time with her growing family – welcoming her son, Bennett, with her husband, Brian, in July 2018.

Knowing the successes that Allie Kirby had in real estate, along with Allie’s passionate character, Lacy was drawn to the opportunity to be a part of something bigger, which led her to being one of the founding agents of The Monarch Group under Allie. Lacy thrives using her corporate contract negotiation, project management, and strategy background to assist her clients to buy and sell real estate.

One of Lacy’s biggest triumphs is helping people and she loves assisting her clients through life’s transitions with some of their biggest decisions. Lacy highly values being a part of a driven team, serving her clients, and making an impact in the Colorado community along inspiring women.
